Hello!
My name is Maira M. Hernández, MS, LMFT (pronouns: ella/she/her). I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California (LMFT 99813), Oregon (LMFT T2709), Utah (LMFT 14116456-3902), Idaho (LMFT 5171154), Texas (LMFT 205682), and Florida (TLHT LMFT TPMF1645) providing Telehealth counseling appointments throughout these states and offering in-person sessions in Fresno, California.
Mental Health Evaluations for Immigration Cases
I am a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator (CFMHE) and have completed advanced trainings to provide mental health evaluations for immigration cases.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood. A space where you can reconnect with your voice, reflect on the messages you’ve carried, and begin shaping the life and healing you want for yourself.
As a Chicana therapist, I approach this work with compassion and cultural humility. Whether you are navigating trauma, identity, family dynamics, or systemic barriers, we will work together to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

Appointments through Video
Appointments for counseling services are offered via video using a secure and HIPAA compliant EHR system.
You can use your cellphone, tablet, or computer to engage in sessions. You will need an email address to set-up the appointment.
